Since the Directors and executive officers hold 31% (7,357,747) of the outstanding shares of Common Stock it probably doesn't matter how we vote. The matter will be voted on December 3. The proposal to issue 20% or more the Common Stock relates of course to the $20.4 million financing obtained on September 8 whereby the Company sold 800 shares of it's Series A Convertible Participating Preferrred Stock. Appears ole 49r has been calling this one correctly since September. I suspect that the arrival of these proxies dated October 31, which probably started being received last week (got mine yesterday) probably have more to do with the recent decline than the House Hearings. Will this DOG ever hunt? - Eric -
