Last year I recall a news item to the effect that
X-Stream would seek a listing on the US NASDAQ market
in 1999. I have not seen any application from XSNI.

Could you please comment on the company's intentions
regarding a NASDAQ listing or, at a minimum,
compliance with SEC standards for OTC-BB stocks to
file current financials by mid-2000?
