Mama Bear,
I am still learning the basics about these floorless convertibles. But I do know that I've heard a lot of others say things that would go against your statement that , <There is a limit of an increase of 20% of the outstanding shares without a shareholder vote.> This info could surprise the many I have heard on various message boards who say that 'toxic convertibles' drive shares into the ground, instead I see a lot of wisdom in the statement that, <as this type of financing is usually the last resort for a company that doesn't have anything to offer.>

Would you please point me in the direction of where I can research this important info for myself, particularly anything about there being a limit of an increase w/o a vote?

I would much appreciate it,

Kelton
