It is a known fact that most companies on the VSE are controled, related to, or created by criminals, manipulators or the mob itself.
They hype up a company through newsgroups or sites like this one and cash in on newcomers of wich there is plenty. When done, they let the company down.
First someone starts a dicussion group and poses like a very knowlegable person and in contact with managemnt but not in management.
Then they post "good" news, probable "forecasts", there vision of the future, personnal "analysis", etc.
Third, when the stock is up ten or twentyfold, they sell and leave.
If one critisizes or even questions the postings, he gets a personal email warning him, in no uncertain words, to stop. One gets accused of shorting the stock.
Directors of the VSE share a large part of the responsability by not providing the protection the small shareholder is entiled to.
My advice: GET OUT of Vancouver Stock Exchange. |
