Gottried, The web site doesn't cause the problem. It is the TWS software that has compatibility issues with the NIC. Same with the QCharts software. I've read lots of reports of this over the last couple of years, especially at IB. Only lately at QCharts, but I suspect it hadn't previously been identified as the common link for certain problems. Still many have no trouble with Linksys with either software package. As far as I know, no one has ever been able to isolate the hit or miss nature of this. I'm glad Linksys has worked out well for you. The combination of price and support is attractive. Esteban
