No, that's mumbo jumbo put out by AVNTs PR guys. And I admit, along with the Fund involvement, it's one of the best things going for AVNT. Notice the PRNewswire notation. Notice the date. Have you read the 13Ds to see how deep FMR and Amerindo are into this puppy? Yes they can move it around, but it doesn't change the eventuality. We will see 15 before we see 25 again. CEO stated that the legal issues shouldn't stand in the way???? Well, from him, I think that's good enough for me. dr.s
