Richard, I believe everything is ok in regards to the resignation. They were very specific as to why. If it was a vague reason, then there would be concern. Anyways, it's not the president, chairman, geologist or any other key person which would of had a material effect on company operations. Maxx and Upton paid a hugh amount for acreage in southeast Saskatchewan. It was the highest price per acre in the Crown Land sale for that particular session. As it stands right now, the company is not highly followed by analysts. Company certainly has the credentials for someone to pick up on it. I would be a buyer at this time. This is a low profile situation I like.
