Talent and performance. Something you're against with your racial quotas and tenure. What's the benefit of quotas and tenure again? To limit excellence? Let me connect the dots for you. Remember when I told you about the study that just came out showing that women coming out of college get paid less than the men coming out for the same job with the same educational background and experience, and that that gap widens during the next ten years of their careers? Well, sexism and racism still preclude talent and performance which is why AA is still needed.
