You are correct, Gary, which was exactly my point to K.J. which is that EXDS can reject leases, the landlords can go ahead and file their claims with the estate as an unsecured creditor, but in the meantime the landlords will seek to enforce the obligations of GX to the extent relating to the rejected leases. They are not going to sit around in bankruptcy court chasing whatever fractions are available from EXDS if they have GX as the primary obligor on the leases.

My overriding point is that Casey's press release implications that the lease obligations are no big deal is a lot easier said than done.
