Commodities ? Oil ? BOIL / KOLD ?

I'm out of both BOIL and KOLD for now... and not convinced yet we're going to see strong moves higher in gas this week... although "weather" might drive a bounce...

I haven't considered the saber rattling impacts on gas markets specifically...

But, expect its purpose in fostering nerves and destabilizing markets is likely to work... until it doesn't...

Oil is off a bit today... but, the markets are still digesting the sudden shift in market drivers... as INFLATION has suddenly become the key... I don't think we're at the end of that trade... rather than at the point the market finally becomes aware...

Given I'm busy today sorting mining stocks... I'm going to ignore BOIL / KOLD... and go with NRGU... which seems to do a fine job of capturing the upside in energy while avoiding the downside moves pretty well...

Similarly... DBC captures "commodities" trends higher... with less risk even than NRGU...

The "connected" crowd are dissing commodities now... pointlessly... as "not helpful" to have them rising...
while still not backing off green energy transitions... so actually flogging copper and lithium still... while saying "not" aluminum... even as aluminum supply in stock is depleting WAY faster than they're able to replenish ?
