Outlook Express backup and restore - a simple question maybe, but I am planning to upgrade my Dell Dimension with WinMe and Outlook Express 5.5 to Win2000 and the OE that comes with it. I want to follow some simple, bulletproof steps to back up my five-year E-mail archive and address book, then import it back into the new program.

Can someone give me the quick and dirty instructions to get it right?
