As always, back up the data you want to keep before doing the steps below.

bcentral.co.uk

This should restore your Sent Items folder.

email.calpoly.edu

There are a number of "Outlook Special Folders" that Outlook requires in order to work correctly. If any of these folders are deleted, then Outlook displays error messages. When creating a message, Outlook tries to save a copy of the message to the Drafts folder; this error is displayed if the Drafts folder has been deleted. To restore the Drafts folder and any other missing folders, Outlook needs to be run from the command line with the inclusion of the /resetfolders switch.

From the Windows Start button, select
1. Run...
2. Click the Browse button to locate the file Outlook.exe file.
3. Once the file has been located, add the command /resetfolders after the filename Outlook.exe, including a space after Outlook.exe. Below is an example of how the command might look; your path might be slightly different:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Outlook.exe" /resetfolders

This command will restore the missing Drafts folder within Outlook and alleviate the display of the error message when creating a message.
