Russia agrees to rejoin Ukraine grain export deal
Russia’s defence ministry says it received ‘sufficient’ guarantees from Kyiv on demilitarising the Black Sea corridor.

aljazeera.com

Attacks on ships by Ukraine and MI6 had been staged from humanitarian corridors intended for grain shipments. Ukraine has now given written guarantee on Nov 1 to Joint Coordination Centre [Turkey, Russia, UN] at Istanbul that such a thing will not repeat.

US, NATO, and UN previously made use of humanitarian corridors in Azovstal to smuggle intelligence officers out during the siege. UN caught heat for taking sides by facilitating the escape. They did the same in Aleppo during the war on Syria.
