Not only experienced, but a disciplined one who investigates and
researches thoughly, and with that experience can know what to look for in reports and news.

Basicly what I said about buying quality companies and not averaging down was pointed at novice and limited experience investors who might not be able to afford to make mistakes. Averaging down can be a usefull tool for experienced investors though.
