A couple of questions on warrants:

1. Why were the warrants originally issued? Did the company need to
raise cash (hardly seems likely)?

2. If by May intc is at such a high price that, rather than a 2 for 1
split, a 3 for 1 split is approved, the step-up would drop to
something less than $14. Is it a possibility that Intel might
issue a second warrant, say intcz? Must the first warrant (intcw)
expire before another warrant could be issued?
