On reflection, I don't understand why MSFT is teaming up with SBL.

SBL looks like it will lose the IPR case as UNA seems to have airtight patents. If UNA were in a different space, I would think that it is ripe for a takeover by MSFT.

In fact, UNA might be ripe for a takeover anyway.

Sounds a whole lot like QCOM's early days except for one critical difference, i.e., there seems to be no existing cabal intent on keeping UNA away from the table.

I'm very excited. It's a lot of fun to find a terrific opportunity and I thank Cooters for highlighting it and Bear Stearns for giving us a break on the price by downgrading today after upgrading scarcely two months ago.
