take note, these are the lowest rates i have seen to date. it is getting time to refin lvle 7.375.

the mkt is getting BASHED. and there is nothing i can do about it cuz i'm not trading like i used to. this is a shorter's mkt. dow at 7700 and i think it will drop another 900. i think nas will go to 950 from here at 1300.

2 yr Tbill hit an all time low on the ytm. what does that mean? people were saying to go in this summer like fish, but no i hear now. interesting how that works out.

watch div stocks. watch p/e's they will tell me when. watch the premiums on tbonds. that will tell me when. watch the housing mkt. i want it to collapse and then i will institute my plan to buy on the cheap and rent and build equity. i will not be stopped. i have a mission. i am a survivor. i am a winner. and i will be rich one day. this is my mission.

btw the gl question youasked is seeming to go somewhere . maybe the oneness will be over., who knows i know it is for someone atleast so taht's a good sign.

now i have a fin mkts exam to go take. gotta learn duration. gotta scan and remember what i underlined in the chapter.s the test is going to be 245 mc. so i think i can pull it off. i should rememeber ithat i lose 45 opiunts for every q that i miss..
