Silicon Investor Communicator Version 3.0 is here! The new version of our instant messenger has several outstanding new features. Here's a run-down:

MSN & ICQ Interoperability: The Silicon Investor Communicator is completely interoperable with ICQ and MSN, meaning that you can import your ICQ and MSN account databases into the SI Communicator, send and receive messages from other ICQ or MSN users and get indication when your ICQ and MSN buddies are online/offline. ICQ and MSN buddies can be found with the People Search button on the Communicator.

Status Indication: You can choose between “Active”, “Away” and “DND.” An icon will display your status on the messenger, in the user profile and in the main view. There is also an auto detect mode, after 10 minutes that the screen saver is on the status will be changes to "Away" automatically. Once you come back the status will return to the previous state.

Moods: You can choose a mood (Mellow, Chatty, Flirty, Cheerful, Sad, Grumpy). An icon will display your mood on the messenger Location and Buddies window and in the user profile.

Affinity Pins: You can choose “affinity pins” that will be displayed next to your nickname in the Locations and Buddies windows. The pins will also be shown in the user profile and can be changed at any time. You can have as many affinity pins as you want but only one will be displayed in the windows at a time.

Interest Groups: You can select from an array of special interests and display them on your profile pages.
