Exactly. Never be fully invested. Always take profits. and ONLY buy when stocks are downgraded or sold off. That's what I have been doing and that's the only way to make any money in this market. But always keep stocks on hand for long term. (you never know.. you might prematurely sell and lose out on winning big). -JW
