No, I don't feel the Capital Gains Tax reduction would prompt folks
to close out a rather good stock. I did expect VTSS to trade close
to 10 before year end as it was fluctuating between the converging
rails. Was hoping to buy more 10 calls. I did not receive annual
report either. Can you give me a phone number to contact someone
at VTSS....I am long, but playing with the options short term.
Perhaps the news you mention explains why VTSS is clinging
to the upper rail. It's only a matter of time before it breaks out
of this pattern (I had presumed by March or April) on the upward
side, so I will stay long.
