Well, I attempt to find a way to excuse what folks say. murray's comment were so stupid that I felt for those who would be hurt, but I knew it was stupidity speaking. On the positive side. All stupid folks will rush to defend the indefensible and expose their own stupidity. And the outcry of the thinking will provide some measure of comfort to the distressed. I see the whole defense thing of murray slapstick stupidity. It may be honest or dishonest but it is slapstick stupidity. This is black and white. There is no shade of gray. Young people are idealistic and thinking and see stupidity clearly. Well this is a formative data point in seeing what dems are. This gives me comfort.
