LAC looks interesting here. Post Oct 3, current target date, LAC share holders will receive one share of LAAC and one share of LAC, for each share of current LAC held. LAAC will include the Argentina assets which are just starting production. LAC will include the N America assets, Thacker Pass, which is world class and largest known deposit in NA. Construction of plant just starting. GM a big investor in LAC. Both of these companies should do well. The intent to separate was announced end of July, but probably a lot of folk do not know. Gotta follow more than the chart to know, and read somewhat boring stuff. Not sure I understand the need to separate, probably to raise more capital. And it looks like that C 333 triangle probably came to an end.
