In a sense, could a case be made that we are already below April's lows without realizing it? Consider that if MSFT was at a 52wk low the naz would definitely be making new lows. Hard to see a case nearterm for msft to sell off another 15+ pts, especially with Xbox and XP in the pipeline.

One other thought, hundreds of stocks have been delisted from the naz since April. These weak stocks are no longer around to help drag the composite average lower during this wave of selling. Should it be expected that the bottom #'s (new lows, trin,etc) this time equal or surpass the previous bottom?

Just some random thoughts...
