Hi

On doing a search on ticker ACTYF came across your message.

You can find some info at sedar.com
type in Merchant Capital in company tab. Files are in PDF.
If you click on text you get company profile there is a
Contact # but I found email easier Scott Sinclair responded and said the ticker in Canada should be trading in 3-4 weeks on the dealing network. I later found that ACTYF is trading on the pinks. If you should email could you ask if they are working to get off the pinks.
