These days It seems like most PEA's PFS etc seem to underwhelm . You can look at a number of graphite plays like Alabama, Focus ,Energiser ,Mason Northern etc. They all have a PEA or more but are trading at 52 week or all time lows. I understand the above companies are all flakers, yet the point is that to count on a PEA as the sole catalyst for stock movement might leave you disappointed.. It's a news event like that which allows for an exit
