10:57 ET Microsoft (MSFT) 56.80 -0.94: -- Update -- Many brokerage firms commenting on the MSFT news on guidance and the DOJ ruling: Merrill Lynch analyst Henry Blodget says this is not new news and that conduct remedies are the key; sources at Lehman says that firm doesn't view the DOJ decision as incremental new news and is still comfortable with its FY02 estimates; Goldman Sachs more cautious on numbers, says MSFT is not likely to beat this qtr and could be a bit light but that it all depends on business in September.
