NILES BEARISH on INTEL --> 07:42 ET Lehman analyst Dan Niles says that Intel guidance was mostly expected, but notes that September is the
most back-end loaded third month of any quarter, and that at some point, Intel's claim that Jul/Aug was above plan will have to be reconciled
