What foreign manufacturers? My LandRover (Discovery, not the pricey and chichi RangeRover) used to be a BMW, but it's now a Ford - they also bought Volvo, and Jaguar. Saab is being made by GM now. I don't really understand why SUVs are so hated - my husband is 6'2", my fifteen year old son is 6'1", I'm 5'8", my 12 year old son is 5'7", we've got a golden retriever, and my current hobby is landscaping. Gimme a break, please, I can't fit everything and everyone into a small car. Personally, I hate small cars, I always feel like I am going to squash them accidentally.<g>
