[What fundamentals?] There's nothing current on file about DGIV in the SEC's database, so the fundamentals are a big question mark! It will be interesting to see if DGIV complies with the new SEC rules for OTC BB stocks in 1999 and decides to file proper financial reports with the SEC, or whether they will get booted off the OTC BB. Also, here's a question for you - how many shareholders of DGIV do you think there are? If it is greater than 500, DGIV would already be in violation of SEC regulations, which require that even OTC BB companies have to file financials if they have more than 500 shareholders.
