The White House should be cheerleading now. Though I think they are overly optimistic (to help themselves keep from falling in polls) the cheers are certainly appreciated. Bush-Cheney were wrong to doom and gloom us in the 1st quarter just to push through the tax cuts. They were part of the problem. Hopefully now they can start being part of the solution.
