How about this one, in the flyer, under Private Placement of Convertible Debentures, Debentures, (b) During each of such 20 consecutive trading days [blah blah blah] Common Shares traded on such stock exchanges or public market on which the Common Shares are then quoted or traded> NASDAQ soon?
