DTC is your best choice. The problem is, will you be able to get a hold of anybody at JB to make this happen? I`m sure you`ll be on hold forever. JB does`nt want to lose any assets so they will do everything to try not to have clients transfer out. Or, sell your stock and re-buy it at another firm for piece of mind. Good luck.
