Harry,

Good points: One thing one should add about CSRV: HRB owes them
more than 80 million. Therefore, when they split off or are sold by HRB this is probably equivalent to cash. Makes CSRV more attractive
by $1/share.

On the down side: Revenues/subscriber down significantly reversing
recent trend. European subscribers flat and may have even declined
in the past two months. Sprynet growth severely curtailed. I suspect
increases in admin costs due to litigation will continue.

The solution to CSRV's problems have to lie with their pricing
structure. This seems to be a sore spot with CSRV people. They
just have to admit they have made mistakes and go on from there.
