Don,
I think my explanation of float is correct, because I used
this background indicator very often. Most of time I use a relative
mode to search for "small cap". But as I know most of institutional
investors might use float (number of outstanding shares) in the
absolute mode to enter minimum restrictions. Sorry, I don't explain
what software I use. I use prosearch of Telescan. I don't know what
the common sense of the float terminolgy the other people use. Anyway,
from your post, you know 700,000 shares are very little portion in the
market. Let me put it this way - I mean it is very easy to manipulate
by someone. If this stock price goes up to $45.00, who is going to
take big advantage? No doubt, the three groups I posted. I don't mean
they manipulate the stock. Some people are very naive thinking the
other institutions are very interested in this stock but I don't think
so. You know 700,000 shares are not good enough for one institution
load. If anyone like to gamble, please buy this stock and he can make money in right time.

Best wishes

James
