Why the soft spot lately? I don't know much about the legal picture but some people get nervous when there are lawyers in the scene. The prospectus is on the street but the dog and pony show keeps getting postponed. The road is reported as going well but the new production date keeps getting pushed back. The PR people sure have been quiet and we could use an update.
