Steve, I think it will take a few more quarters to turn the stock around completely. The results of this quarter, with the closing of the sale in mid-December, will still contain the losing subsidiary, but losses should continue to narrow. The first quarter next year will be the first quarter which will reflect the restructured company--revenues will be reduced but hopefully not so much as to not be able to offset the overhead. Buzz
