Hi, David. I don't think securities regulations identify a specific percentage. It just depends upon the share structure and how widely held the shares are. In some companies like a blue chip, holding 5% of the stock would be enough, in other companies like a junior you might need 20%.

I'm curious, are you getting at something with respect to HSS or were you just posing a general question?
