Directors. Mr. Houssian is the founder, Chairman, President and CEO of

Mr. Houssian, an M.B.A, founded Intrawest in the mid-70's. Intrawest
began as a West Coast-based real estate development company and, under Mr.
Houssian's direction over the last 20 years, has grown to become the leading
developer and operator of mountain resorts across North America. Intrawest's
flagship operation is Whistler/Blackcomb, rated North America's premier
