AMD Q4 Flash Memory Results Flash revenues were 458 million dollars, up 9% sequentially over Q3 and up 66% over Q4 '99. Flash revenues as percent of AMD's total revenues were 39% compared to 35% in Q3 and 28.5% in Q4 '99. Flash revenues more than doubled for year 2000 over year 1999, but I don't have the exact figures. Guidance is for 40% revenue growth for AMD's flash for year 2001. amd.com
