Hi Larry, Personally not in a good mood today because I sat on the sidelines with VOCLF when I all along familiar with the company's excellent and virtually unchallenged technology in internet telephony about 2 months ago when it was 7 (now 20). Regarding MRM only 300 shares were traded today with all sales. Maybe a bunch of people will miss the hefty 10 cent quarterly dividend and sell tomorrow. MRM shares outstanding have been trending down and it would be a better investment to repurchase shares. Regarding the move to NASDAQ it worked well very with Cohu. AMEX doesn't have the reputation as being the place for fast growing technology companies and MRM probably would become more visible on the NASDAQ. Regarding this portion of the communications business I believe it is fundamentally as sound as ever and the laggards especially MRM and VARL should take off given the next forecasted excellent earnings report. We can only hope that the market is still in a bullish phase by then.
