I agree Hank, we need to see more. I was also wondering why they announced a letter of intent to negotiate, and not wait until an agreement was reached and give us details. Sometimes these agreements take a very long time to finalize (and this could be a problem when one company has an income, and another doesn't and has a certain burn rate). Rick C
