I wish I could say that if we get (more?) "irrational panic" I would take advantage and buy, but I'm out of dry powder. Maybe go and donate blood/plasma/bone marrow for just a little more... Did anyone read Sivy's (Money) take on the market's direction under Gore/Bush? That large tax cut will force Greenspan to raise rates to keep the brakes on the economy if Bush wins. Can I change my vote to Greenspan?
