I did not add anything about the Primetech proceeds as I know the company has a lot of debt - I dont have the balance sheets - Those are next - My formal training so to summarize the last post $45CDN Million is TPWR and HYCP likely $50MM or $2 per share valuse for SMM - BUT the debt - ah yes the debt - LOL
