Jeff--So glad your little corner of the retail world is faring so well at the remediation tasks at hand. Tell me Jeff, does your retail operation sell anything from or rely on in some way on suppliers from abroad? How about the people who BUY from your retail stores? Do any of THEIR jobs rely on customers/clients from abroad? Hmmm...Darn those global linkages!

P.S.--Re: the gas thing. Bad example for you I guess as it somehow led you to an inappropriate analogy. Would it help you to know that roughly 50% of our oil comes from abroad and that the number of US based rigs in operation are at a historic low? (See my previous posts re: the remediation efforts of second and third world oil supplying countries and info from BHI research department. Leading oil analysts are concerned. But then again, they don't have your perspective on toilet paper supply.) If it allows you to sleep better at night just keep believing that shoes, clothing, toys etc. come directly from Wal-Mart. But you know the last time I peeked in back of a Wally World I didn't see any factories attached or even an old fashioned stock room for that matter.---I think I'll email your response to a couple of project directors I know to illustrate how somebody who should know better apparently doesn't.
