Arnie - Sao Palo by BellSouth was a really big number. I 'll look it up but I think it was $1.5 billion or more. NXTL is in for pennies in comparison. I remember hearing one report that said that at BLS prices, NXTL's Sao Palo biz was worth $10 per NXTL share.

Now BLS only paid that price for a promise that competition would be restricted. Look for that promise to be broken. I think the 10-Q said they could operate dispatch but had a limit on interconnect of 20%. Can anyone confirm? I'm too lazy to go look.
