Jeffrey, Once again thank's for your post. I heard that US companies are hiring mainframe (COBOL) guys and have nothing for them to do now. It is because they think if they kick-start the project next year, they can't find enough experience people to do it. Seems that the market is crazy for the mainframe guys. Do you hear anything like that ACHAN
