Nice summary Ed. I completely agree with your assessment. Maybe we are dreamers but at one time so was Bill Gates. Lots of historical examples too: Washington, Lincoln, Kennedy, Martin Luther King. There is nothing wrong with dreaming. There is nothing wrong with believing in the power of ideas, the passion and commitment of people.

Irvine Sensors is operating under new management. Most people haven't bothered enough to look. As you rightly articulate, Jim Evert has managed to deliver on every promise he made when he came aboard last Spring. He has to be careful not to make 'false' promises... because Irvine has suffered from that in the past. I don't believe he'll fall into that trap. He's too smart. In the meantime, he'll focus on the basics-leading and empowering his people. They'll take care of implementing his vision.
