I'm looking at PB. Any opinions on the deal? This could be a real scary one. (They're all scary to me though.) The deal is a takeover of PB for cash at $22. Likely to close (if it closes) by 1st quarter. PB is going for $20.70 now. That could amount to a 6% return in a couple of months. Headlines like this don't give confidence though: "Venezuelan Troops Take Coca-Cola Affiliate" biz.yahoo.com
