That is exactly my point.
CVIA - shell worth $$$$$
WOTD - worthless company no revenue
Mergeee - good company worth several Mill

I thought we'd have WOTD buy into CVIA for 600K-800K and use that money and the REG S $$ to buy first tire co. WOTD brings zippo to the table and walks away with everything.

I have this company I'd like you to run for me. I'll give you control, 500K in the bank and a share position setup in your favor and a market cap of 1mm and you will take advantage of a tax loss carry over and just sell a bunch of the authorized shares to the idiot shareholders and buy yourself some businesses.
