I'd move to Virginia or Idaho if I were you. I posted a piece earlier that lists other states that are considering opting out.

I'm sure you'll base your decision on where to live based on personal needs, but just keep an eye out for events.

Maybe all of those newly hired IRS workers will hit the streets and enroll those 30 mil? Or maybe the federal govt will hire a bunch of ACORN (or what ever it's called now) workers. Hey.......that's certainly a way to boost employment, if only temporarily.
